About

The Company seeks to establish a resort with the supporting infrastructure and marina. The resort will consist of a 40-room main hotel building, 7 five-unit condominiums, 10 double occupancy cabanas, a restaurant and bar and a 15-room double occupancy worker's quarter. The project has been designed to accommodate 280 people at full development which includes 250 guests and 30 workers. The project is located 30.5 km south-south-west of Belize City, and 3.5 km south-east of the village of Gales Point.
