PROJECT OVERVIEW

Seeking to develop YAXHA Ecological Resort consisting of 116 acres of land located in the Village of Teakettle, Cayo District, home of the internationally famous Actun Tunichil Muknal (known as ATM Cave). This resort will have 20 cabins and other facilities such as Spa, Gym, Swimming Pool, Bar & Grill. All installations will use renewable energy sources and staff will be educated with Eco-friendly cleaning practices. The outdoors with its access to the mountains, and the play area for children visiting with their parents will open several additional opportunities.
